Shipping policy

PROCESSING / FULFILLMENT TIME –

We only print your custom product once your order has been completed.  This means we can help to reduce land fill waste created by the oversupply of products.

Processing / printing time takes between 2 -3 business days. This is the time it takes to print your custom-ordered product and have it released by the printer.  Production / processing time is required to make your order before shipping can commence.

SHIPPING-  *** FREE SHIPPING is included in all prices desplayed within Australia.  

We also provide FREE SHIPPING Internationally to USA, Canada, New Zealand and United Kingdom.

The shipping time can vary depending on your location and postal service provider.

Your order is printed by our preferred professional printing partners.  We select which of our preferred printing partners to use based on which printer is located closest to your location / shipping address.  By selecting printers located closest to your location we can keep shipping costs as low as possible, and reduce our carbon footprint.

Generally, your products will arrive within 7 – 10 business days from when you complete your order.

If your order requires international shipping your order will generally arrive within 7 – 26 business days, depending on the postal service provider in your country / region.

Please bear in mind that shipping delays can occur during peak holiday periods.
